Here, the didgeridoo’s primal hum will cradle your bones, where the DJ’s trance beats call your soul to dance.
Here, the Blue Lotus, that ancient dreamer’s flower, will anoint your heart with her essence, guiding you into a space where time dissolves and presence blooms.
Here, your body will become a prayer, your movement a sacred language, as you shed the weight of the mind and step into the river of pure, untamed embodiment.
This is a gateway to your essence, where sound, spirit, and somatic alchemy merge to ignite your inner fire.
Together, we will *express, release, transmute, and activate*.
Together, we will remember what it means to be wild, to be free, to be whole.
The Journey:
We will begin by opening the space, calling in the spirit of the Blue Lotus, and setting intentions that ripple like stones cast into the cosmic waters.
Then, we will dive into the ecstatic dance - a movement meditation that carries us beyond the edges of the self and into the infinite.
