This workshop is suitable for people who are familiar with their sewing machines. I will show you how to cut, sew and finish a cushion. Once this is completed I will show how to create a piped cushion and an Oxford edge. It will depend on your skill level on how much you will achieve. You will learn how to:
- cut fabric using a pattern provided.
- you will learn how to insert a concealed zip
- how to create and sew piping, how to attach to a cushion
- how to sew an Oxford edge
Fabrics, 3 x zips and 3 x cushion fillers will be provided. Class is from 10am until 4:00pm. A sewing machine can be provided if you require one, please check prior to booking that there is one available. Class number is small to allow for individual attention.
