About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

What if vegetarianism wasn't the only path to sustainable eating? Reimagine conscious consumption at this unique (non-vegetarian) three-course dining event with a special menu curated by gastronomic artist Rudilee McCarthy. Joined in conversation by low-carbon agriculture expert Prof. Tommy Boland (UCD), the food for thought along with your meal will be an exploration of how Ireland's farming and culinary traditions can inspire a more sustainable future.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible so that remaining spaces can be made available to others.
