This monthly support group is designed for parents of primary and secondary school children navigating the unique challenges that come with ADHD. It provides a welcoming and supportive space for parents to meet face-to-face and connect with others who understand what they are going through.
Whether you attend on your own or with a partner, you’ll have the opportunity to share experiences, gain practical advice, and explore strategies to help manage ADHD in everyday life. These meet-ups offer more than just information—they foster a sense of community and understanding that can make a real difference in the lives of children with ADHD and their families.
Many parents have found these gatherings to be a vital source of encouragement and a helpful reminder that they’re not alone in their journey.
