This is a space to be you and get away from it all and be your ADHD self! 

This group is for you to meet other like-minded people, chat about the positive and negatives of ADHD, and showcase your work, if you like. Whether it's watercolour images, photos, poetry or films - we welcome and celebrate every kind of artistic endeavour :)

Whether you’re used to attending or giving this a try for the first time, everyone is welcome! 

Please note: 

  • In order for any ADHD Ireland support group or event to proceed, there must be a minimum of two participants present, in addition to the facilitator(s) 
  • Further information and specific location will be sent via Eventbrite confirmation email and reminders – Please check your spam 
  • Your data will be stored in the ADHD Ireland Eventbrite Account and all communication will be processed via ADHD Ireland's Eventbrite account. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to share only your name and surname with the in-person group facilitator for security purposes. This will allow for safe registration process on the day of the in-person support group. 
  • Please do not register if you think you cannot participate in the session. Places are limited and it may take up a space that someone else would like to use.
