The Best Move You Will Ever Make!

This free 10 week exercise programme for Men aims to help you take the first step to getting back to fitness & staying active.

Suitable for beginners or those returning to fitness and adapted to a level and pace that suits you!

What to expect:

  • Weekly exercise sessions on Westside Running Track
  • Meeting every Thurs evenings 7-8pm
  • Walking/ Running/ Simple bodyweight exercise circuits/ Go at your own pace
  • Fitness testing on week 1 & 10

The 10 week programme starts Thursday 15th May at 7pm
