The retreat is led by Lay Dharma teacher Marjolijn van Leeuwen.

The weekend will consist of both guided and silent meditations, indoor and outdoor walks, relaxation, time for chatting and friendly noble silence from the evening till after breakfast allowing spaciousness, relaxation and ease.
Part of the retreat experience includes helping to set up the meditation rooms and other occasional light activity. This supports the retreat flow smoothly for everyone. We do this sangha service with mindfulness.

Giving (dana) is an essential Buddhist practice. It is about generosity and openness, our capacity to embrace others with our compassion and love. All the teachings you will receive on our retreats are offered freely by the teachers. We price the retreats to cover the cost of the retreat. If you would like to offer financial contribution to the teacher to enable them to continue sharing the teachings we invite you to put your donation into the Dana bell at the retrea. Give any amount that speaks to your heart.
