The emphasis of the evening is on raising awareness of forecasted rising sea levels and on engaging community in responding to projected future flood events. The focus will be on the four topics of; prevention, preparation, responding and recovery.
The evening will start with a Q&A with a panel, including experts on flooding and those that have experienced flooding.
Following this, there will be group discussions on the four topics of prevention, preparation, responding, and recovery.

There will be artistic inputs on the evening from the Creative Ireland Pathways artists, Veronica Santorum and Daniel Clancy, including textile art and soundscapes.
