Prerequisites. None Duration: 2-days

Intended Audience: Any stakeholder with responsibilities for the governance and management of enterprise information and technology. This includes those responsible for AI Management and Governance.

Learners will dive into the heart and structure of the COBIT framework, including:

  • Framework introduction
  • Key concepts and terminology
  • Governance and Framework Principles
  • How to apply these to AI Governance and Management
  • Governance system and components
  • Governance and management objectives - Which ones can we proiiritise for AI
  • Performance management
  • Designing a tailored governance system including AI

From its foundation in the IT audit community, COBIT has developed into a broader and more comprehensive information and technology (I&T) governance and management framework and continues to establish itself as a generally accepted framework for I&T governance.

  • Prepare for the COBIT 2019 Foundation exam

Exam Information The exam will test a candidate’s understanding of the topics and those that achieve a passing score on the COBIT 2019 Foundation exam receive the COBIT 2019 Foundation Certificate. The COBIT 2019 Foundation Certificate Exam is an online, closed-book, remotely proctored exam. The exam covers eight domains and includes a total of 75 questions. An exam voucher will be provided and is included in the course cost (excludes barebones as outlined) . The exam is not be taken as part of the course but can be taken remotely after the training event at your convenience.
