Welcome to the Cneasú Coffee Meet Up!

Cneasú is a Holistic Hub & Community where we run Retreats, Support & In Person Events where we meet up for Social Gatherings

Once a Month from January to May and September to December we meet for Monthly Coffee Meet Ups to catch up and gather amongst friends.

This is a casual gathering for adults navigating health journeys and would like support navigating or would like to learn more about health tips.

This is a space to be amongst others in the community.

This is a free to attend event but we do encourage that participants purchase an item from the Venue to support hosting us.

This gathering is not suitable for children under the age of 16 or toddlers due to the nature of the conversations held.

Anyone under the age of 18 and over 16 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

This group is open to all adults who wish to learn more about Women's Health or would like to support a loved one navigating health journey's.

This is a support group consisting of people with lived experiences, we are not medical professionals so always speak to your medical advisors.

This is a Free to attend gathering however we do encourage participants to purchase an item at the venue to support the hosting of this group
