Christmas Wellbeing Session & Networking Brunch for Kildare Childminders

This is a time to give back to yourself, to restore and balance your system through gentle yoga and relaxation. Join Christine Dunworth, a dedicated yoga teacher and studio owner based in Maynooth with a passion for making yoga more accessible and inclusive to everyone. As a former busy childminder, Christine knows the stress the job can sometimes bring and has prepared this nourishing wellbeing session to target specific tension areas in the body that typically occur while working with children.

KCCC networking and social events for childminders offer valuable opportunities to connect with other childminders and access information, updates and supports in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Please bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Mats and props will be supplied; however you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
