WHAT TO EXPECT?

A safe and supportive space to connect with like-minded women as we flow through a heart chakra activating yoga practice, conscious-connected breathing to heal emotional wounds and promote relaxation, and delicious heart warming cacao as we journal our experience & new intentions.

No experience necessary, bring an open heart and a willingness to participate along with comfortable clothes, a journal and some water. We can’t wait to connect with you.
