Due to popular demand, Glasgwegian indie rockers Broken Chanter returns, this time with his full four piece band. Expect lbrilliant songs and loads of jangle.

Broken Chanter is the stage name of Glaswegian songwriter David MacGregor. Broken Chanter can be MacGregor on his own or, more often than not, with an array of extremely talented musicians joining him. His latest album, Chorus Of Doubt, was released by Chemikal Underground in April 2024 and was on the Longlist of 20 for the 2024 Scottish Album of the Year (SAY) Award.

For CHORUS OF DOUBT:

Songwriter David MacGregor’s particular skill is in camouflaging rage, heartbreak, and despair as uplifting earworms. [Chorus Of Doubt] shows a band on top of their game…at its best it’s agit-pop with heart 8/10 UNCUT

Broken Chanter’s punchiest and slickest record yet. – The Skinny

‘Chorus of Doubt’ takes his songs into new areas, all the while retaining his knack for marrying memorable hooks to lyrics which reflect the turbulent times that we live in – Is This Music?

Songs to sing and hum, moods to relish and more…a platter that is plump with an abundance of alt-pop, post punk promise – At The Barrier
