Breathe & Reset: A Calming Breathwork Experience

Busy, stressed, or feeling burnt out? Take a pause and reconnect with a sense of calm. This 1-hour guided breathwork experience is designed to help you shift from a state of stress and overwhelm into deep relaxation, balance, and ease.

Through simple yet powerful calming breathwork techniques, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, moving out of fight-or-flight and into a space of safety, peace, and clarity. Set in a warm, cosy, and welcoming environment, this session offers you a chance to slow down, reset, and breathe with intention.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control of your well-being. No prior experience needed—just bring yourself and your breath.

Who is hosting the event?

The event is hosted by Sonya Deegan a level 1 Blissful Breath teacher and wellness coach

What do I need to bring?

Mats, cushion, blankets, tea, coffee, snacks provided but feel free to bring anything you need to be most comfortable. We suggest wearing warm, cosy layers and warm socks. Bring a journal or notebook and pen and a bottle of water

Is there parking?

There is paid street parking on the street surrounding the Sanctuary. Some of the streets may be free on Saturdays but be sure to check signage.

What is the refund policy?
