BIOSWITCH sector-based webinars

The BIOSWITCH project

Interested in switching from fossil-based to bio-based approaches? We bring you examples of success cases from different sectors!

We are bringing together an industry expert, two EU-funded projects working on innovative bio-based solutions, and a real brand owner/company that is implementing bio-based approaches in each one of the sector treated, to share their experiences and work. A special emphasis will be put on the switch and on sharing experiences and good practices to overcome the challenges that a transition from fossil-based to bio-based poses.Dates and sectors:01 - Feb - 2022 | 11:00 - 12:00 CET | Bio-based plasticsWith the participation of the <a href="https://www.european-bioplastics.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">European Bioplastics Association</a>, <a href="https://www.ctcalzado.org/en_US/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CETEC </a>, the<a href="https://www.usable-packaging.eu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Usable Packaging</a> project, and the <a href="https://bioplasticseurope.eu/project" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bio-plastics Europe</a> project.08 - Feb - 2022 | 11:00 - 12:00 CET | Bio-based textilesWith the participation of the <a href="https://www.greteproject.eu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Grete </a>project and the <a href="https://www.effective-project.eu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">EFFECTIVE </a>project.*15 - Feb - 2022 | 11:00 - 12:00 CET | Bio-based chemistryWith the participation of the <a href="http://www.nova-institute.eu" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nova Institute</a>, the <a href="https://optisochem.eu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Optisochem </a>project, <a href="https://bloombiorenewables.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bloom Biorenewables</a> and <a href="https://corporate.evonik.com/en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Evonik Industries</a>.22 - Feb - 2022 | 11:00 - 12:00 CET | Agri-food With the participation of <a href="https://www.eitfood.eu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">EIT Food</a>, <a href="https://natacgroup.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Natac Group</a>, the <a href="https://www.ecofunco.eu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ECOFUNCO </a>project and the <a href="https://recover-bbi.eu/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Recover </a>project.*Additional speakers would be soon announced.
