Biodiversity and Restoration in Wild Nephin - End-of-Project Symposium

Save the date: Join us virtually at the Marine Institute in Furnace, Co.Mayo where we will present new research focussed on the biodiversity within Wild Nephin National Park and discuss the possibilities for the future management for the Nephin Forest.

Talks on the day will include topics such as:

  • Vegetation communities and reference conditions
  • Bird responses to forest-to-bog restoration
  • Aquatic baselines within the park
  • Restoration potential for the park and wider landscape
