With a background in Philosophy, a primary degree in Theology, Dee is a specialist in Mindful Leadership (knowing how to regulate ourselves as we support others). Dee helps over busy, humans to deepen their capacity to pause, to rest, and to prevent or recover from burnout, and so to blossom - to come home to calm and equanimity. Many years ago Dee herself experienced burnout as a committed, passionate professional, who understood little about real resilience and self care. Further exploration in Philosophy, Eastern and Western Wisdom Traditions, and New Cosmology, has informed Dee's evidence based perspective on the universe that offers a way to integrate scientific, spiritual, personal, and cultural viewpoints into a meaningful whole. In more recent years Dee completed an MSc in Mindfulness Based Interventions, & further specialist post graduate training in Spiritual Companioning, Wisdom Supervision & Trauma Informed Online Facilitation. Dee is the founder of two unique gold standard programmes, Compassionate Leadership for organisations, and Blossom, for women who want to develop exquisite self care and resilient leadership skills. It is Dee's delight to share here simple practices from nature, neuroscience and mindfulness, reminding us that we are human beings, not just human doings, and that we are made for ease, peace, joy and connection. Dee lis a teacher on Insight Timer where she offers live teachings, meditations and retreats.
