Frequently asked questions

How old should my Little one be?

It’s about you. If you are cleared by your GP To start moving after delivery than 0yrs old till 3years or light and liftable.

What if I have two kids

Bring both. A nominal extra charge but please consult the tutor. We always welcone families because that’s what dance and movement is about. Bonding.

What if my baby is sleeping

We have routines for all states- sleeping baby/ hungry baby/ crying baby/ giggling baby/ rainy days/ sunny days and we also have remedies of chats and comfort for down days.

What do I wear

Barefoot and be prepared to roll/ sit/ stand or even jump on a wall.

Choreographer, Dancer, Graduate (Laban centre, London) and Movement Psychotherapist (Roehampton University)  Though the highest qualification that justifies me for Mumba dance is "Mother of Three" very active runners, climbers and Dancers.  Come join my ethos of beleiving Dance is the best medicine for keeping fit, bonding with another and creating the best "happy Hormones" ever!
