Following the success of our first Anam, we are incredibly excited to announce our second night, in the hands of Mark Ahessy. Head chef from The Old Spot.

In the grounds of June Blake’s Garden, “The Grinding House”, Mark is hosting Anam, a curated five course tasting menu using local, organic Wicklow produce.

Mark originally from Clonmel, Co Tipperary, has earned his stripes in the likes of Chapter One, L’Ecrivain, Pichet, Hang Dai, Taste by Dylan McGrath, to mention a few, before settling in Michelin recommended Gastro pub The Old Spot, Dublin, who have also published a book recently “The Old Spot Cook Book”.

The evening will start at 7pm, Saturday 22nd Feburary 2025 with a welcome drink. Followed by a five course dinner in The Grinding House. Wine list available.
