In aid of Courtmacsherry RNLI and the Inchydoney Inshore Rescue Boat, the 7th Annual Alice Crowley Inchydoney Summer Swim will take place on July 6th 2025 at Inchydoney Beach.
Held on undoubtedly one of Ireland’s best blue flag beaches, this is an annual charity Sea swim with 2 distances this year : 1.5 km and 3km.
This will be our 7th Year to host the eventand we are delighted to be back again this year. The swim is dedicated to the memory of Alice Crowley who sadly lost her battle with cancer in 2018. Alice was a volunteer with Irish Water Safety for over 30 years and was a founding member of Cork Surf Lifesaving. Alice inspired so many people - young and not so young - to become involved in water safety and was the brainchild behind setting up the Inchydoney Swim. All funds raised will be donated to Inchydoney Inshore Lifeboat and Courtmacsherry RNLI.
Registration open from 7:30am-8:45am on morning of swim. Please don't be late as swim will commence at 9am.
Please note that as this is a charitable event with, all registrations are NON REFUNDABLE. Tickets are transferable but transfers must be confirmed by email to inchydoneysummerswim@gmail.com no later than 4th July 2025.
Thank you for supporting this event and we are really looking forward to seeing you all on the 6th July.
