A free Active Ageing Festival, taking place on Friday 28th February from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm at Foilmore Community Centre. This event is a Kerry Recreation & Sports Partnership (KRSP) event.
KRSP with support from Age Friendly Kerry, are hosting this fun, social, and informative day for older adults with a focus on taster sessions of some of the activities Kerry Recreation & Sports Partnership host throughout the county, including: Activator Pole Walking, Dancing, Pickleball and Chair Yoga etc.
All activities will be your choice as an attendee to take part in, observe or have other options available on site to choose from.
A free light lunch will be provided and there will be plenty of opportunities for socialising.
