Healing Breath is a holistic and psychotherapeutic approach to self-care- whether you seek physical emotional mental or spiritual healing the practice be profoundly transformative. (includes some conscious controlled breathwork but mostly focuses on conscious connected breathwork)
The breath is a powerful tool for connecting inward and finding peace amidst the busyness of life. By letting go of stress tension and the endless chatter of the mind it allows us to access the deeper layers of the subconscious and unlock our body's innate ability to heal. It opens the heart giving a full mind and body reset leaving you feel lighter and relaxed with a deep sense of inner peace.
