The ADHD School Accreditation Programme aims to inform all professionals in education about ADHD by promoting understanding and knowledge, providing practical strategies to support students in secondary education.


Topics will include:

• ADHD Definition, Assessment and Diagnosis

• Neurobiology of ADHD and the importance of Executive Functions

• Co morbid conditions associated with ADHD.

• How to recognise ADHD in your classroom

• Challenges faced by students with ADHD.

• Strengths associated with ADHD.

• How to support the student with ADHD in the classroom
