What: The Burren Extravaganza in partnership with the Burren Ecotourism Network

Buyers will have a chance to “Meet the Maker” in this show case of Burren Food and Craft Produce. Touch, taste and see some of the award winning and internationally renowned products that have made the Burren famous including cheeses, whiskey, salmon, oysters, jams, chutney, breads and beef to name but a few.

• 5pm: Drinks Reception and Expo
• 7pm: Dinner

Who: The Burren Ecotourism Network and Burren Producers

Sample locally-sourced produce from the Burren Region, with live entertainment from local musicians. There will be spot prizes on the night.
