- 9.30 onwards - Union Desk – Union Day ticket collection (President’s Arch)
- 9:45 onwards - Tea/Coffee available in meeting rooms in St. Mary’s. (These rooms will be open all day for class gatherings).
- 10.15 - Optional: 30-minute guided tour of the Russell Library or John-Paul II Library
- 12.00 - Concelebrated Mass: College Chapel
- 13.00 - Lunch: Pugin Hall
- 15.00 - Optional- 30-mins guided tour of the Russell Library or John-Paul II Library
- 14:15-16:15 - College Museum will be open
- 15:40 - Tea/Coffee (outside Renehan Hall)
- 16:00 - Renehan Hall: Union Keynote Speaker
- 18:00 - Pugin Hall: Union Banquet Dinner (ticket required from Union Office)

- Union Day rate if booked after 19th May - €130.
