Would you like to join our new 3rd level student support meeting to discuss the challenges and experiences of independent living , learning, college and all aspects of Uni life .
We will be talking about your difficulties, challenges and the successes you experience at College and University. This is a free space to ask questions share ideas, resources and strategies to help and support you.
These peer to peer sessions are not information sessions, they're aimed to offer support and guidance to each other.
These meetings are held over zoom, please register to ensure you receive the meeting link closer to the meeting date.
If you have any questions, please give our administration team a call on 01 8748349.
NOTE: Please do not register if you think you cannot participate in the session because places are limited and it may take up a space that someone else would like to use.
Support Group Guidelines are as follows:
- Everything discussed within the group is confidential and not to be discussed outside the group - Medication advice will not be given
– ADHD Ireland facilitators and group participants are not clinicians and not qualified to moderate discussions on medication
- Everyone will be given an opportunity to speak, if they wish to do so, however, there is no obligation on anyone to speak
- Be respectful in allowing other people a chance to speak, try and avoid speaking over each other
- Further support is available by emailing info@adhdireland.ie
