This year, our Eventbrite Cork office was named one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2019 by Great Place to Work. Since 2003, Great Place to Work has “worked with organisations large and small, international and indigenous, public and private, using our research and expertise to help them to develop authentic high-trust cultures”. Their aim is to “bring together a network of organisations all over the country who share their knowledge and experience with each other, all committed to making Ireland a Great Place to Work”.
We are delighted to now be part of that community!
This was a big moment for us. We moved into our new Cork office last summer, based on the South Mall, in the heart of the city. The new office is a listed, 19th-century building that was formerly home to a national bank and now houses a tech-driven organisation – it’s a big change, but the old is seamlessly merged with the new.
The high ceilings and large windows create light and space for the busy, growing team and, at every turn, there is something to discover – from the office library to the real-life vault in the basement! The culture here is one of innovation, creativity and a big, local welcome to any visitors who drop by.
